The Role Our client, a Top 50 are currently looking for an ambitious fee-earner to join their Finance & Banking department. The Firm currently acts for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions. They are currently working with a portfolio of household names and will continue to grow across the region and emerging markets. Responsibilities: * You will take a lead role on a variety of transactions across a range of sectors * Build and maintain client relationships * Contribute to business development * Coach and mentor junior members of the team * Contribute to thought leadership and raise the profile of the firm externally Requirements Required Experience, Skills And Attributes: * Strong academic record, including a degree or equivalent * 4 - 7PQE level * Extensive, in-depth technical knowledge of finance transactions * Experience to lead finance transactions * You will ideally have experience of working with international clients in the finance sector * Ability to work with a degree of independence * Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability * GCC experience with a Top 50 Law Firm Personal Qualities: * Dedicated to exceptional client service * Excellent business development ability * Strong problem solving and decision making skills, coupled with good business awareness * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrate initiative and drive and take control of own career development * You will be a team player and sociable About the company At Cooper Fitch, we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
