Your highly analytical and problem-solving skills will allow you to see the big picture and work hand in hand with the users, managers, and the Senior Leadership Team on where digital transformation might make a difference to the business. Your financial skills have allowed you to accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective action. Your support staff of 4 professionals and external support teams relies on you to bring an extensive experience and knowledge in information technology. They will expect to be challenged and supported in managing high impact projects that will contribute to our digital transformation. Your strategy includes the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery and processes. Your role will get you to validate the business needs of internal users and supervise the implementation of new or evolving business processes & reporting requirements to support maximizing business systems’ effectiveness and efficiency. Digital Transformation You take pride in being the primary point of contact between the professionals in the Digital Business Systems function and those in operations, sales, marketing customer service and other areas. You take part in the planning stages of digital and IT projects, business analytical and how each affects each part if the business. You will oversee new systems design and development. You will partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing on effective utilization and development of our CRM platform (Salesforce.com). Your natural leadership skills will contribute to a stimulating work environment where all stakeholders have a desire to invest fully in new technology and business transformation. You believe that accountability awareness starts with performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of information tools and stimulate creativity to new ways of doing business. Your desire to succeed will enable you to have a rigorous control over compliance with company policies on the use of computers, internet, and data. Essential skills and qualifications to be successful University degree in administration, IT or related discipline. Proven leadership at overseeing all IT functions. To be successful in this role, we believe that 3 years’ experience in a leadership role is a minimum. 5 years experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives is also a minimum requirement.
