Working to an employee-ownership model, they have over 3000 employees across 20+ offices. As a Technical Director within the civil structures side of their transport and infrastructure stream, you'll influence the development of the team and provide technical leadership. Additionally, you will build and develop strong relationships, both internally and externally, resulting in further business opportunities. The role will include; Providing technical design review for projects Work planning and financial management Leading design teams and delivery of projects Leading client engagement and relationship building Preparing winning bids Developing and mentoring individuals to grow successful careers To apply, you'll likely be a chartered Engineer with a proven ability in the design, inspection, and assessment of bridges and civil structures. Your design experience will have been gained on infrastructure and multi-disciplinary projects, ideally some of which might be in the rail sector. Self-motivated, you will have a passion for client engagement and fostering longer term relationships. You'll strive for technical excellence and exceeding client expectations. You'll be passionate about developing and motivating others, whilst ensuring that the team works collaboratively.
