Concierge - Guest Services Health Center At Galloway Full-Time Position 11AM - 7PM Do you pride yourself on your customer service skills and ability to personalize interactions with residents? Have a strong attention to detail while multi-tasking? Value a cooperative, team-oriented environment? If so, the Health Center At Galloway, a Skilled Nursing Facility, might be the place for you! As a Guest Service Associate: You will be interacting directly with residents and guests from the time they arrive to our facility until they depart. In addition, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, processing all guest arrivals and departures, and providing accurate information about the facility and surrounding area while delivering a personalized rehabilitation experience for each resident. Requirements: Healthcare experience is required Follow company policies and procedures Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management Ensure uniforms and personal appearances of our staff, are clean and professional Anticipate and address residents' needs Speak using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Develop and maintain positive working relationships Comply with quality assurance standards Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors GVY784lu46
