Job Description Visits Market stores daily to assist merchandisers and to educate customers how the market works and products served. Replenish products within the stores as needed Regular market visits for touching up and perfecting store displays and appearance. Assist with grand openings and store promotions such as passing out fruit on Earth Day at Eastern Michigan University or U of M, or advertising new concepts such as the GuestRaunt (hot food served in markets). Host raffles and giveaways at customers such as Quicken Loans, Little Caesars, and WXYZ. Demonstrate creative thinking by suggesting alternative procedures to work flow or possible areas of improvement. Communicates effectively customers via email, phone, and face to face. Excite guests through product promotions and meet customer needs Qualifications Qualifications Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently. Outgoing personality with the ability to suggest sales Ability to be analytical and organized. Able to work independently. Strong computer and communication skills. Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Maintains a fast pace and is able to multitask. Good driving record. Valid Driver’s License (Chauffeur license required). Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers/clients. Ability stand for long periods of time.
