JOB RESPOSIBILITIES: Meeting assigned targets Effectively mining the Client relationships to maximize the yield for a particular client Planning Sourcing: Liasoning with the clients and understanding the Requirements and carrying out a requirement analysis Formulating the Sourcing Strategy and sourcing the Right Fit Candidates from sources such as Portals, Professional Networking Sites, Social Media, Headhunting and Cold Calling etc. Validating the profiles using appropriate screening and Short listing techniques. Carrying out detailed Telephonic / Personal Interviews and carrying out a detailed assessment of the Candidate based on the Short listing Parameters. Writing candidate assessments / evaluation reports and presenting it to the clients. Candidate and client engagement throughout the Recruitment process. Obtaining feedback and handholding the candidate and the client throughout the interview process including the negotiation process.. Qualities: Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Negotiation Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences Active Listening Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate Coordination adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. Abilities: Written Comprehension The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Oral Expression: The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
