What you’ll do in this role: As a Fraud Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers through incoming reports of Debit Card fraud or disputes. What’s really cool is that you’ll be able to communicate and work with many areas of the business including our corporate Compliance and Fraud/Risk teams as well as potential law enforcement too! The manager keeps open lines of communication with her team and is very receptive to new ideas for improving processes. This work includes: Reviewing, investigating, and processing Debit/ATM Fraud and Disputes, while keeping close communication with our customers on status updates. Providing account credits/debits when necessary and reporting to agencies. Submitting claims to card processor, VISA, and insurance as part of the process. Providing customers with information and direction regarding their account status, requests, payments, rights and obligations associated with their accounts. Reconciling GLs and reports related to Debit/ATM Fraud and Disputes, working with the Accounting Department, and analyzing trends and suggesting new fraud rules. What you’ll need to join the team: 2+ years of experience in the financial/banking industry or other businesses that deal with card operations Familiarity with card and/or payments processors and ability to pivot easily when industry/business changes occur Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills are critical in this role High-proficiency with software applications, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week between the following hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm; and rotating Saturdays: 8:30am-1:30pm With CCU you’ll enjoy: We’re the total package!
