Duties and Responsibilities: Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Running regular checks on network and data security Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems Conducting regular system audits Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages Experience in ERP Implementation (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) Qualifications At least 5 years experience as an IT Manager. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: Information Technology: 4 years (Preferred)
