An engineering/technical degree will be a plus. Establish the Consilium brand and marketing Program Framework to expand Consilium market presence of UniSuite products to meet its revenue and growth objectives. PR – previous experience in developing press releases and distribution, work closely with various PR agencies. Media strategy, announcing customer wins, case studies etc Website design review, updates, build brand, rework the logo, and establish programs to get visibility for Consilium globally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new content. Skill on marketing tools to develop new collaterals, videos, EDM’s, data sheets, marketing messaging. Business development skills work closely with alliance partners. Capitalize on technology alliances (Cisco, Amazon, Salesforce, Genesys, Calabrio, eGain etc.) and identify future alliances for Consilium UniSuite Offerings. Plan, Organize and execute the Road shows, Seminars, workshops, Exhibitions to promote Consilium business at APAC level. Gradually develop sales support skills on UniSuite and launch sales programs, quotes, upsell and cross sell to our customers worldwide. ** Other Behavioral / Attitude aspects: ** Dynamic, self-motivated and self-driven Team Player, Having a sense of ownership.
