Responsibilities: Act as a business partner to provide HR advisory services and support to business managers (including resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, succession planning and staff engagement, etc.) Engage in the end-to-end process of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing to on-boarding Offer support on formulating, reviewing and implementing HR systems, policies and procedures Perform HR analytics which facilitates making of informed decisions on people strategies, policies and initiatives Assist in driving Bank-wide HR initiatives / projects and ad hoc projects as needed Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in HR relationship management or resourcing; exposure in banking / financial institutions is preferable Breadth of knowledge in HRM with good understanding of HR practices and market trends Strong communication, presentation and people skills Good influencing, stakeholder management and project management skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (plus Putonghua an advantage) To apply, please send your detailed resume or contact Miss Mak at 3462 3280 for a confidential discussion.
