The company has a long presence worldwide with over 20 locations globally. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible to a team to drive global branding and strategies. Responsibilities Develop and localize the global brand strategy and ensure the direction from different offices are in line with the branding guideline Manage brand assets & content to drive brand campaigns awareness globally Work with internal leaders and business unit to ensure the strategies are aligned with their business objectives Lead various advertising agencies and overseas offices to optimize efficiency and excellency P&L responsibility Train and develop fellow subordinates in the team and cultivate a positive working environment Requirements At least 15 years of working experience in Brand Management, with over 5 years at a Department Head level Strong experience in Regional or Global market is a MUST Personable leader, a good balance between being strategic and hands on Be able to work in fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
