Designation: Sr. Strategist- Social Media Experience: (2-5) years Shift- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Roles & Responsibilities: Note: - preferred- Candidates with International calling experience. Excellent communication skills Skills Required: Manage social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram and other social channels Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences on a daily basis (Facebook, twitter and other social channels etc.) Proactively management of clients queries on a daily basis Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns, reporting etc. Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered Respond and react to changes within social networks - functionality, etiquette, reporting etc. Should have knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, bitly etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing. Develop engaging content for each social channel and own the editorial calendar for these channels. Capture and report relevant performance metrics for the campaigns across social media. Should be able to help organization take the social media work to the next level Experience in running paid ads Note: - Mandatory Candidates should carry experience of working with good SMO companies.
