Within your role you will be responsible for completing repairs and maintenance works to our housing stock and also undertaking works for the delivery of all internally delivered Investment works. You will report to our Asset Delivery Team who will assist the successful candidate in the delivery of the role. The candidate… We are looking for someone who has experience in a range of repairs, maintenance and programmed works with an excellent understanding of health and safety. You must have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible can do attitude.
