Divisional Human Resources Director CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the human resources of our Terrapins Division. We are one of the fastest growing long term care providers in the country, and we are in need of a seasoned HR Professional to lead this key division. This position will oversee the HR operations of 20 plus long term care facilities throughout Maryland and Virginia. The Divisional HR Director will be responsible for guiding the HR operations with an emphasis on labor management, turnover/retention, strategic recruitment plans, and HRIS system management and utilization. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Extensive HR law knowledge and practical application experience. All aspects of labor force management including needs based scheduling, compensation, and technology for labor management Proven, specified, and hands on experience with turnover reduction/retention metrics. Must prove your background has involved engineering HR change with affected results for multiple locations Degree and HR certification strongly preferred 10+ years progressive HR experience.
