Task: As a Local IT Project Head Delivery Organization for CB Eurasija (Moscow, Russia) you are going to: Become integrational partner to cluster organization like IPC, GS-TF and Digital Banking and be responsible for implementation of the cluster organization and delivery model at Moscow IT Support IT functions and application landscape according to all internal requirements of Commerzbank AG Maintain cluster requirements like reporting tools and internal PKI systems Monitor and ensure maintenance of the corporate network in cooperation with Headquarter Monitor and ensure maintenance of local installed hardware and software in cooperation with Headquarter Support of design, implementation and maintenance of on-line banking systems, back-office systems and other locally required operational systems. Moreover, you will be required to know and follow the IT-related Central Bank of Russian Federation requirements Profile: Our candidate is expected to possess the following competencies, knowledge and skills: University degree in IT or engineering or any other related field Excellent people management General knowledge of Agile Working and Scrum method Deep State-of-the-art knowledge in hardware and software, transfer protocols like sftp, Connect::Direct, scripting languages Fluent English & Russian (written/verbal) Additionally we anticipate you to: Learn fast local IT environment and application landscape and get ready to manage and lead local IT team Understand the business practices within the area of your responsibility Have comprehensive knowledge of internal regulations, guidelines and related workflows in the area of your responsibility Add value into local IT team from networking/connection with delivery cluster organization worldwide Have experience from international environment in your professional background Demonstrate strong commitment and high level of motivation Accept employment under local (Russian law based) contract Following characteristics / abilities might help you enjoy the job and be successful in it: Profound management skills and ability to work in a team Developed communication skills Ability and willingness to learn fast Continuous sharing of knowledge and information with colleagues and cross-functionally Experience with change management, structured approach Company Commerzbank AG is one of the first Western banks which opened a representative office in Russia.
