The role You will report to our Global Legal Department in Denmark, therefore, you will have a high degree of autonomy along with the opportunity to participate in local business decision making. Together with the management team, you will ensure compliance with global and local business standards and ethics. You will collaborate with the global DPO (Data Protection Officer) to ensure compliance with local data protection regulations. You will review internal policies and procedures, analyzing risks and opportunities and establishing an action plan, ensuring the implementation of appropriate procedures in a process of continuous improvement. You will provide training to managers and employees on all topics of your responsibility. Among others, you will develop the following tasks: Review and execution of contracts with suppliers, professionals and health organizations. Filing and tracking of all internal and external documentation. Interaction with our business association FENIN in relation to compliance matters. Review of advertising and marketing materials Sharepoint / E1 tool management To succeed in this position you must meet the following requirements: Degree in Law with a minimum experience of 3 years in similar functions, ideally in the field of medical devices and / or pharmaceutical and in international environment) Full proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. Excellent English language communication skills to interact with our headquarters in Denmark. Independent criteria and influence capacity. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
