Finance Functions: SAP - Raising PO's in different currencies across APAC Goods Receipting invoices Raising Check Requests AFE work thoughout the year Working with country managers to ensure quotations are correct Regular tracking and reporting expenditures Sourcing Function Work with International Sourcing to set up new vendors and/or renew existing contracts Ensure PSSAs are signed and up to date Law Enforcement Functions Action Law Enforcement requests Compute revenue earned as part of actioning Law Enforcement requests Reporting revenue figures to Finance team, as required Security & Administrative Functions Procure and distribute security supplies across Asia Pacific Print and manage ID/Access Cards for Australia and New Zealand Conduct monthly CCure Access Review and store information on Security Shared Drive Manage Security Shared Drive Support Internal and External Audits, including SSAE 18, PCI DSS & ISO 27001 Manage Quarterly Business Reviews for the Team Act as travel coordinator Support implementation of security systems in Verizon Connect New Zealand Initial Contract Length: 8 Months Start Date: 01 April 2020 (target) End Date: 30 Nov 2020 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $36.00 /hour Experience: procurement: 2 years (Required) SAP: 2 years (Required) Licence: Australian Government Security clearance (Preferred) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required) Benefits: None
