Responsibilities: To provide first line support and perform system administration duties for the portfolio of college systems. Requirements: Educated to HNC or equivalent Significant experience of the core principles relating to system administration and system support functions Excellent understanding of user account management Previous experience within an ICT customer services role Excellent appreciation of the core IT infrastructure principles that systems rely upon (e.g. OS, AD, databases, servers, storage, networks, web protocols, cloud services etc.) Strong regard to the application of GDPR rules, and the processes required to underpin data confidentiality and data security Good understanding of web technologies, principles and practices (HTML, PHP, MYSQL).
