Cole International, a leading provider in customs brokerage and logistics services in Canada and the U.S. is once again expanding its Thunder Bay operation. We are looking for full-time Data Entry Clerks to join our growing office. This position will be responsible for the Customs clearance process by reviewing pertinent shipment documentation and preparing and submitting electronic and paper entry clearances via all modes of transportation including air, truck, ocean and rail. Duties include: -receiving and reviewing documents -transmission of data to CBSA for commercial release of goods arriving in Canada -tracking, tracing and updating clients on shipment status -various office duties as assigned-scanning/emailing/mail Required Skills: -strong computer skills -experience working with Excel/Microsoft programs -efficient and accurate data entry skills -good communication skills -must be organized, energetic and willing to learn Job Type: Full-time Experience: Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred) excel: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Thunder Bay, ON (Preferred)
