Main Responsibilities / Activities The figure will support the Supply Chain dept, with the aim of contributing to daily and weekly operations. The internship experience will allow to live and actively participate in production scheduling activities, manpower definition/saturation in production areas, KPIs analysis. The aim of the internship will be to give support in different activities: - Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning&fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization); - Identifies key root causes for non-performance,; - Establish and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management; - Leads part classification into ABC/XYZ in order to optimize purchasing quantities, order patterns and best methods of materials management; - Local Operations Planners Master Schedule Planner and Material planner; - Local implementation of planning technology solutions; Special Projects / Challenges Key Competences / Leadership Attributes Basic Requirements Job Reference: CGS06952
