Job Summary We need Production Manager for frozen food Industries at Satara Location at Maharastra location. Post- Production Manager Exp- 3-5 Years Salary - 30-35K Location- Satara Loacation Job Detail- Production planning mainly involving assembly, testing and QC of valves. and manufacture of components involving plastic molding, foundry, machining done at vendors end. (no parts are manufactured in house). Overlook Quality control function with help of quality inspector. Purchase and vendor management. Overlook Dispatches when needed. Manpower Supervision of 10 to 15 workers. Stores Supervision of department to ensure proper upkeep of records. Regularly Upgrade facilities with jigs & fixtures. If possible handle Design function especially w.r.t jigs & fixtures, product improvisations etc. Handle occasional maintenance issues. (there are no major machinery). Manage the foundry operations and regular trouble shooting and development at foundry shop at vendors end. Need to handle team of 10 to 15 people including workers, technicians, store keeper. Working hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 (6 days working).
