ROLE Answering customer written queries on our support ticket system (currently Zendesk). Classifying the user information according to predetermined categories and internal procedures. Filtering requests and user insights to Product and Engineering teams. ABOUT YOU You are native or have at least C1 level in English and Portuguese. You have excellent written communication skills. You are tech-savvy. You are based in or near Berlin and able to work primarily in our office in Kreuzberg. You enjoy helping others and providing support to people all over the world. You are period-positive and aware of gender and inclusivity issues. You are a team player and enjoy joint problem-solving. No previous support experience is required.
