Main responsibilities You will have primary responsibility for the retention and engagement of members at the transition points in the member life cycle. You will also have responsibility for gaining member insight from current members and those at the end of their journey with us. Regular Activities Communicate with current, dormant, lapsed and inactive members to encourage activity and further product take-up via phone, email and other available contact methods Contact members who have abandoned their online application, via phone or their online account, to help them complete their application or to understand any difficulties they may have faced Asses member information/data to pinpoint weak point/transition periods in the members' journey with Clockwise and suggest solutions to improve the member journey Contact members with awaiting documents, deferred/approved applications via phone or their online account, to ensure they are followed-up or closed Contact members via phone, email or their online account who are coming to the end of their agreed period or have contacted us regarding other needs to understand their requirements/needs and offer further products as required Arrange for account conversion Ensure that all actions taken, are consistent across the process and that all contact, regardless of channel, is compliant and of a high standard Monitoring surveys and feedback as well as reporting statistics EXPERIENCE Significant experience of meeting targets and working to tight deadlines Significant experience of sales or delivering a customer centred product or service Significant experience of logging data and management reporting Some experience of training staff and keeping colleagues updated on any change to policy or procedure KNOWLEDGE Understanding of what makes excellent customer services and repeat sales Knowledge of credit unions and their role in delivering financial services Understanding of the importance of financial procedures, documentation and administration SKILLS Skilled communicator with an ability to relate to all people from all backgrounds Creativity in design of promotions and marketing initiatives Use a range of IT tools effectively, including financial and administrative software Intermediate user of Microsoft office programmes Collate, summarise, interpret and present financial information verbally and in writing Organise and prioritise workloads and keep to deadlines Work cooperatively as part of a team PERSONAL QUALITIES Ability to maintain motivation and work well on your own as well as part of a team Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain focused at all times Ability to take ownership and pride in their areas of responsibility and keep high standards Hold GCSE Maths and English or equivalent c grade or above.
