Ideal candidates are consistent in delivering a superb customer experience and have the desire to grow a smaller firm into a larger solar & energy products company. You will be answering questions from sales reps who are guiding their customers to have solar PV systems installed on their houses. You will talk about the design process, system features, etc. Do you have what it takes? – We look for employees who love what they do and possess these skills and abilities: Share our intense passion for creating an exceptional customer experience Related minimum of 1-year experience BPO experience.
