The role: As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible to train all the Beauty Advisors of our retailers who will have to participate in various trainings offered by Clarins. As well, the individual will be constantly in the field in order to contribute to the overall sales targets and to support the team. What you’ll do: Give trainings to all the new beauty advisors in stores or classroom; Give seasonal trainings session to all retailers; Promote online continuing training (Clarins e-pro) with all the beauty advisors. Conduct in store follow-ups after each training sessions and ensure that all tools are used properly; Validate the product knowledge of all the beauty advisors; Ensure that everyone will achieve their weekly, monthly, annual sales targets And GWP targets; Participate in all major special events providing significant support to sales; Know the business turnover and the sales target of the stores in your territory; Analyze the different segments and plan the visit in relation to those segments which are experiencing difficulties; Implementing a strategy, and plan future visits to verify the results.
