Project Description The intern will support the SHR team in research work and to expose the new workforce to public sector work. Develop an e-learning courseware on a HR topic e.g. Performance Management, Career Development, Job Redesign Develop learning interventions and resources such as experiential learning, videos, case studies, toolkits and infographics on various HR topics including Digital HR, Job Redesign, Data analytics. Develop short case studies of HR trends and best practices in public and private sector companies. Project Requirements Undergrads in Bachelor Degree in Business. Specialisation in Human Resource is preferred. Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills. Have a strong interest in Human Resource. Have a keen interest in designing creative learning resources to engage adult learners. One who believes in developing people and would like to make a difference in HR practices in the public sector. Abundance of creative juices will be a bonus! We regret to inform only shortlisted interns will be contracted within 90 days from the closing date of this application.
