Transition is a non-profit organization that serve individuals released from prison or jail in South Florida who are in need of Treatment, Housing, and Employment services. Transition is looking for qualified Employer Specialist. Job Responsibilities as follows: Provide the placement services of the jobseekers. Evaluate and help screen recruitment resources. Research and choose the best candidates for the position that are applying for. Maintain and manage some resume database. Updates the candidates’ profile, sourcing and tracking. Schedule interviews for the candidates. Support the staff in processing and sending the letters. Facilitate the internal staffing patterns in order to enhance performance. Deliver a high quality employment services to candidates, sponsors and employers Job Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 /year Experience: Employer Specialist: 1 year (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Miami, FL 33136 (Required) Language: English/Spanish/Creole (Required) Work authorization: United States (Required) Work Location: One location Schedule: Monday to Friday
