What will you be doing? The successful candidate will be responsible for unlocking and locking the appropriate College centre buildings and monitoring and maintaining security of College assets to ensure a safe and secure environment for all. Other duties include: - Porterage - First response maintenance and other service duties including cleaning, litter removal, moving equipment and waste - Delivery of post and parcels - Recycling - Monitoring student behaviour - First call for first aid assistance - Reacting to alarms You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally. The hours of work are full time (38 hours 45 minutes per week) and are based upon a rotating shift cycle between Monday and Friday, between the hours of 6am and 10pm. (6.30pm on a Friday). No night or weekend shifts are required.
