The Electronic Banking Wire Coordinator processes all incoming and outgoing wire transfers daily without error. Under minimal supervision, responsible for performing operational support duties as directed; creates, verifies, and receives wire for processing. Performs daily call-back verification and assures all necessary wire information is accurately completed. Adheres to department guidelines, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining maximum level of quality, timeliness of work and providing optimum customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum two years’ experience in electronic funds. Good working knowledge level of Funds Transfers System. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace, high monetary risk operation governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements. Ability to perform multi task and work under strict deadlines. Must possess excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills.
