Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities To proactively and resourcefully canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline through various platforms and channels so as to meet established sales targets. To attend to sales enquiries and walk-in customers. To support marketing agents in terms of sales administration and legal documents. To manage and execute all advertising and promotional events and programmes. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong passion towards customer service Team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a 5-day rotating schedule.
