This is a leadership position responsible for facilities and providing administrative direction to 23 subordinate supervisors & custodial/maintenance staff in approximately 16 owned & rented buildings across Oswego County. Work is performed according to State, local and federal laws, codes & regulations that apply to public school facilities. The position operates under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services with considerable leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment.
