Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility’s mechanical, electrical and other installed systems. Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system and building/ drainage repairs, High tension sub-stations as well the Sewerage treatment facility. Co-ordinate and perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations; and thereafter plan/ recommend for action to the Building & Facility Engineer. Monitor and supervise all preventive maintenance contracts, i.e: maintenance of the building’s air conditioner units, sewerage treatment plant, charge man and electricity management engineer contract. Respond to emergencies. Comply with all safety procedures and requirements. Maintain compliance to county, state and country ordinance, acts and codes. Support any other after hours building needs and activities as required. Other assigned tasks as required. * 6 DAYS / WEEK Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 to RM3,400.00 /month Experience: Electrical installation: 5 years (Preferred) working: 5 years (Required) Education: STM/STPM (Preferred) Location: Shah Alam (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Other Performance bonus
