We are a healthy alternative restaurant with a speciality in wraps, salads, soups and more. The Chopped Leaf is raising the bar for fast food everywhere! Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations. Communicate clearly and positively with customers and co-workers. Master point-of-sale (POS) computer system for automated order taking. Following procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation. Assisting with inventory control and stock ordering. Building loyal clientele through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation. Resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Finding extra tasks during slower periods. Qualifications & Competencies: Being responsible, reliable and respectful. Being able to work under pressure and able to multi-task. Having excellent customer service skills. Having excellent communication skills. Having a positive and professional attitude. Being a team player. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
