Regional Training Manager Full-time Job Description: The Regional Training Manager for Asia Pacific is responsible for full spectrum of all training matters include but not limited to, the development of training materials; plan and conduct classroom training for both boutiques and retailer sales associates as well as On-the-job training and coaching for all boutique associates. Provide a training needs analysis to be incorporated into the training plan Set up a specific action plan for each boutique including all franchise boutiques within the region Ensure optimum training attendance through proper planning of the training to align with boutique schedules and rosters Share objectives and planning with the Senior Management / Partners/ Boutique managers Ensure that all aspects of the Boutique Charter are known from all staff and respected (from staff uniform and grooming to all steps of the Chopard Sales Ritual) Coaching the team on selling skills through coaching the coach Coordinate and deliver other retail training initiation such as mystery shopper program and store on-site coaching. Requirement: At least 4 years of relevant training experience in the fashion luxury industries Experience in coaching, training or similar in luxury watch/jewellery Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives Creative and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent in planning and organizational skills Ability to travel occasionally to conduct training programs regionally We offer a dynamic workplace in a fast forward moving company.
