Roles & Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION To assist Engineering Manager to study customers drawings (confirmed order); determine required process to manufacture parts, defined process sequences, prepare Order Overview Form, Bill of Material, project schedule (if applicable) To assist Engineering Manager in technical challenge face on manufacture customer part/items. Technical discussion with engineering team for alternate process and assemble challenges faced. To provide technical assistance to production on technical issue. To communicate with customers for unclear or missing drawings. To liaise with customers / suppliers on ECN (Engineering Change Notice) or item that needed special acceptance Qualification: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical). At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the precision machining field. Candidates with relevant experience in Metal fabrication, Precision Engineering background will be an advantageous. Familiar with machining (Milling, Turning, EDM and Wire Cut operations). Generate Process Management Plan. Able to interpret Mechanical Drawing and prepare Bill Of Material on fabrication and OEM items. Troubleshoot and problems solving skills on manufacturing process. Liaise with customer on any kind of technical issues. Good working attitude.
