Job Description The purpose of the job is to visit, lead, sell and manage existing customer relations in Retail and Wholesale. The salesperson has the day to day contact with the customers, and follow up of new customers place replenishment orders, or take any other initiative necessary to keep the client happy and maximize profitablility. Primary Responsibilities: Build relationships with existing customers Develop sales and achieve your targets Contribute to the delivery of all key financials, budgets and targets Educate customers on market and category opportunities Cultivate new leads within the sales territory Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis Manage multiple accourts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions. Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience Experience in fruit business or other perishables is a plus Have a proactive approach to customers’ needs Proficient in IT systems Strong Interpersonal Skills and flexibility Bachelor degree or equal by experience English written and spoken mandatory Full clean Driving Licence Additional Information The successful candidate will be: Team player with ability to work on own initiative Excellent work ethic and good communicator Well-organized and structured (in a relatively unstructured environment) Problem solver (quick response and positive attitude) Analytical mindset towards problems Availability to travel in all GCC countries and (if needed) other regions Available Immediately What we offer: Collaboration with a worldwide known, international company Demanding position with many tasks Opportunities of development
