Aim of the Role To be responsible for implementing and driving the digital strategy for Iconic Luxury Hotels to generate increased revenue and brand presence online. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Executives on site at each hotel to manage the roll out of the digital plan from a day to day perspective and also work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager on projects. Responsibilities To take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and coordinate the day to day roll out of the digital plan with our agency partner and property Marketing Executives To be confident and manage and develop key marketing channels, with agency support, including: website, SEO, PPC, paid and organic social media, metasearch advertising programmes, email marketing and third-party site content To be involved in the writing, implementation and execution of the digital marketing plan for Iconic Luxury Hotels working closely with the Marketing Executives on property To be passionate and ensure a strong social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) and maximise opportunities to drive engagement with online audiences Assist in planning and delivering persuasive and creative e-marketing campaigns across all available channels Take pride in building and managing other key digital platforms and implement best practices to deliver increased presence and revenue, while adhering to brand guidelines To be confident in creating strategy which utilises the latest trends and functionality to achieve commercial objectives within budget To be confident in producing monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis for the hotel for communication to the whole commercial team Provide statistical analysis and monthly reports of all online channels using various tracking methods, to justify marketing spend and analyse ROI and COS Ensure the integrity of the online systems and information through regular maintenance checks of established system management practices, processes and controls and be the main point of contact for the site developers About you You will have strong experience working in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment, with good technical knowledge of the marketing and e-commerce landscape.
