We are looking for a passionate HR partner to join our team in Europe. This is a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle HR support to our leadership team and employees. To develop and implement HR strategy that supports the overall goals and objectives of the Company. You will report to the Global HR Director who is based in the US. Key Responsibilities Act as the HR partner to our teams in Europe and APAC Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and insure an effective communication Recruitment - Working closely with hiring managers to build a recruiting plan and then working closely with the talent acquisition team to implement it Develop a deep & solid organizational understanding of the business to identify needs, strengths, weaknesses and challenges Consult senior management to enable business growth Hands-on execution of organizational processes (leadership development, change management, employee relations, performance and employment C&B) Culture & Engagement – play a key role in action planning around Survey results; help drive communications and changes to create a culture of clear roles and responsibilities and transparency in the region Coaching & Development – work with managers to improve/enhance their leadership effectiveness with day to day advice and counsel and continuous feedback Analyze new trends in the industry Requirements: At least 6 years of HR experience as a business partner and trusted adviser to leadership Cross cultural understanding and practice; experience in working in a global company An excellent understanding of business strategy Demonstrated ability to consult, influence and coach Excellent interpersonal skills & communication abilities Working from a home office and willingness to travel occasionally Position (%): 100
