Changing Young Lives Foundation is a HK-based charity dedicated to inspiring the under-resourced children and marginalized youth in Hong Kong and the Mainland to live their life to the fullest by providing free educational and empowerment programs to them. Finance & Administration Manager The Job: In charge of full set of accounts Prepare monthly financial report and annual budget Manage payroll and personnel records Coordinate and liaise with auditors Assist in company secretary duties Ensure proper procurement procedure in compliance with organization policies Oversee a full spectrum of administrative duties Support and ensure a smooth operation of the learning centre Report to Executive Director and perform ad hoc duties as assigned The Person: Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or ACCA preferable but not a must A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in accounting, audit, treasury, office administration and human resources Experience in NGO or non-profit organization a plus Well-versed in computerized accounting systems Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office Stable, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, high integrity and discretion Immediately available a definite advantage Competitive remuneration will be offered to the right candidate along with a five-day work week and medical insurance and training allowance.
