About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne’s CBD. Working on a permanent full-time basis, your duties will include but not be limited to: Assist in recruiting, training and managing new employees Provide mentorship, motivation, direction and feedback to team members Develop and review policies, programs and procedures to ensure positive customer relations and operational efficiency Plan and oversee after-purchase services including customer satisfaction with products, returns and customer service concerns. Ensure that all customer service enquiries from Live Chat, email and social media channels are handled promptly by team members Keep up to date on the logistics of all orders and ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and handled correctly by team members Handle fraud cases Handle some administration duties Working with and handling other organisational units About You: You’re sharp, hardworking, attentive to detail, intuitive, reliable and extremely organised. You thrive well under pressure and are excited at the thought of working in a fast-paced and exciting role.
