Position Snapshot Nestlé CPW Temporary contract Business Bachelor or equivalent Minimum an internship/JBM experience in marketing or 1 year in other function in GD Proficiency in English and Italian Position Summary Support the marketing team in developing and executing the strategy for CPW brands to ensure that business targets (market share, organic growth, profitability) are achieved. A day in the life of... Works in close co-operation with Zone to align on strategy, takes part in monthly team calls and business updates. Prepares presentations and analysis on brand performance, including sales/media/other KPI's; Contributes to development and execution of strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance of the brand and PFME. Collaborates proactively with external (agencies) and internal (other departments: RSA, legal, CCSD, DSP, sales) stakeholders on packaging/artwork/recipes/popm/trade activation development and approval, takes part in all operational meetings (OPDSR, NWM etc) which support MBP cycle Executes all brand activation plans (including consumer/trade promo, innovations, digital communication), takes part in Brand plan development Supports CCSD team on trade and sales presentations and creates ad hoc tools per channel Be the key contact of CCSD and MKTG team as POS manager What will make you successful Minimum an internship/JBM experience in marketing or 1 year in other function in GD Experience in teamworking Result oriented; strong ownership of brand and projects, initiative, can-do attitude Proficiency in English and Italian.
