We are currently recruiting to a Patient Services Administrator within the Inner London Single Point of Access. The Inner London Single Point of Access is a referral management and call center that supports a range of community services including community nursing, therapies and bedded facilities. At the Inner London Single Point of Access we accept nothing but the best. We believe that the first point of contact for our patients sets the tone for their care and therefore aim to deliver a top notch high quality administrative service. We are committed to putting patients first and are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills who shares these values. This post requires someone with excellent communication skills who has the ability to work well under pressure following strict guidelines. Attention to detail is an essential requirement for this role. Previous NHS experience is not essential as we believe it’s about the individual and their commitment to delivering a high quality service.
