Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Skills Set: Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer. Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC). Understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Major Duties And Responsibilities(List the specific duties and tasks to be performed, use active verbs eg check, test, regulate etc) Work with BAs to get User story clarifications and Split into Achievable Stories in JIRA Create tasks for each stories and provide effort estimation in JIRA Identify external interface dependency and prepare required documents. Prepare interfaces connectivities and test for external interfaces Software development and maintenance quality standards Prepare and execute Unit test cases. Ensure no high severity defects in UAT Ensure deliverables are as per requirements and met all quality standards for acceptance and release to UAT To do software deployment and maintenance (All environments) To do integration testing in SIT Maintain test evidences Prepare UAT test data Ensure UAT deployment completed as per schedule Fix all UAT defects in time and get UAT sign-off Prepare all technical documents Assist BA to prepare user manual Train new joiners’ Assist in Data migration Manage all technical tools related to the project
