**PLEASE ATTACH A COVER LETTER AND RESUME TO ALL APPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED** JOB: Contracted Freelancer (Retail sales) LOCATION: Edmonton (Sephora locations) REPORTS TO: Sales and Education Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-DRIVE RETAIL SALES * Meet and exceed hourly sales goal. * Actively use selling techniques to influence multiple items per transaction (upselling/cross-selling). * Develop thorough knowledge of all Caudalie core and launch products to offer selection guidance to customers. 2-MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE * Provide high level of customer service. * Provide prompt and courteous service, minimizing delays to the customer. * Execute flawlessly in store events following management’s direction. * Maintain strong product knowledge. * Support in building MyCaudalie members. 3.OPERATIONS * Follow directives from management and execute store merchandising standards. * Ensure brand gondola is clean & organized at all times. * Ensure all visuals and merchandising are as per managemeent direction. * Uphold Caudalie brand image * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Ensure that the vendor’s (Sephora) Brand support protocols are adhered to during every store visit.
