Cascadia Scientific is a clean tech company that provides a Platform as a Service solution to operators of high horsepower diesel engines in the mining sector. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting growth of our SmartRView subscriber base. This is not a sales position but you will be supporting clients through trial periods in order to convert subscribers to full deployments, followed by ongoing support to these accounts. A strong grasp of mathematics, particularly statistical analysis methods would be beneficial. Mining experience, especially with surface mobile equipment, is required. You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of mine operations, maintenance and planning. Additional language skills, such as Portuguese and/or Spanish would be an asset.
