Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to progress your career? As Site Manager, you will take responsibility of engaging and leading our site teams to deliver aggressive programmes on multi-discipline projects. We are an incredible company made up of 1600 people with a turnover nearing £600m. Our anticipated pipeline of work continues to grow and with that comes the need to invest and nurture our planning team. Responsibilities include; Overseeing a large construction project based in Lostock, near Manchester you will be responsible for the construction of two buildings, building envelopes and internal finishes. Managing subcontractor relationships Managing site team Ensuring all work is completed to standard About You: Experience of large commercial buildings, including steel frames, cladding and fit out Programming and Phasing experience Client facing experience Experience of managing and coordinating Sub Contractors on site Co-ordinating RFIs, variations and design changes Will and drive to progress to the role of Project Manager in due course Engaging, collaborative and energetic SSSTS (SMSTS Preferable) Full Driving Licence Unique Benefit 26 days holiday per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
