Position Responsibilities: Overall Description： IT support specialist's role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. Essential Responsibilities: Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for client staff to include desktop, laptop, applications, and operations, network and desktop printers，Local ISP service for internet link arrangement Configure workstation and laptops with standard desktop image and install applications Provide one-on-one telephone and desk-side assistance to end-users on the standard core applications Ensure all tickets are documented with current status, customer communications and full description of the problem/resolution daily Provide updates to the customer regarding the problem’s status when the projected completion time for problem resolution changes or if the customer requests status Support and troubleshoot basic applications Work as part of a team and independently Review and participate in projects that evaluate, test and introduce new technology and approaches CRM/SAP local support – Printer Toners procurement, SAP account unlock, PR/PO (blanket order, door system repair, etc) Door access system administrator for Singapore and Malaysia Work Place Safety Members Requirements: Excellent communication skills Experience with Operating systems, Hardware and software configurations Great support attitude Good Team player and great interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Multi tasking is a very important skill for this job Experience working in multiple environments such as Windows, Linux or Mac OSX Good knowledge of MS-office, ability to work on sheets and create documentation for the users Experience in responding to ticket based support system Carestream is an Equal Opportunity Employer Carestream is an equal opportunity organization.
