The Pharmaceutical Services Supervisor assumes overall responsibility for managing day-to-day production and quality of their assigned team. The position continuously monitors and identifies areas in which day-to-day operational efficiencies can be increased, re-work can be decreased and overall production of the department falls within established productivity and quality standards. Manage and motivate assigned team members to not only reach production and quality goals, but also recognize improvement in those areas. Primary Responsibilities: Direct, coach, mentor, and develop assigned employees regarding productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, team or department goals and objectives. Responsible for keeping day to day production, quality, attendance, and adherence records on assigned employees. Analyze reports and identify production and quality trends within the team to ensure requirements are maximized so that company and department goals are met. Provide both individual and team feedback to ensure efficiency and consistency. Responsible for hiring of new staff. Collaborate with HR to provide team members with resolution to concerns and employee relations issues and/or disciplinary actions. Assist team members to resolve patient concerns and handling escalated issues as appropriate. Schedule and facilitate staff meetings in order to communicate department and/or change/update to policy and procedures. Assist in the development of policies and procedures that enhance the level of service provided. Work on designated projects either individually or as a team and provide periodic status updates to Manager. Other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements High school diploma or GED Required Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, but not required Previous leadership experience preferred Two or more years of experience in a highly skilled and fast paced Reimbursement Hub, Pharmaceutical Services Hub, Call Center, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), or Specialty Pharmacy environment preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Self-starter who exemplifies and shares company values Motivator with a keen ability to lead people Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Self-motivated and able to work well under stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-directed, and results oriented individual that is able to achieve targeted goals Consistently exercises good judgement, maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information at all times Lead by example by being responsible, team player, creative, honest, adaptable and approachable Display reliability in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, source of valid information, meeting deadlines and appointments Demonstrate commitment by maintaining a consistent and predictable work schedule to meet the needs and support functions of the department / company Detail oriented, good analytical skills, advanced problem solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with others to resolve complex issues and work on innovative solutions Display common sense, with demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required Requirement to work a flexible schedule including working overtime and weekends as necessary
