Responsibilities: To initiate, assist and support funding and marketing of programs efforts through the developing of fundraising projects and activities to raise income for CCSS To be involved in management of projects and corporate events as assigned and developing publicity materials for fundraising projects, corporate events and outreach events To develop, implement and evaluate strategies for developing new relationships and enhancing relationships with corporate partners To be the liaison person for community partners or external organization on outreach and fundraising initiatives To represent CCSS at community and business meetings as and when necessary or when directed, and serve as liaison with the relevant organizations Ensure compliance to the Charity Act, PDPA and other regulatory matters that are relevant to the fundraising activities Respond to fundraising enquiries, assist/support the team in a professional and timely manner Operate within agreed fundraising budget To undertake other duties as required by the HOD and the Management Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing or equivalent Experienced working in a VWO/ NPO/ Social Service sector is preferred Able to use Adobe Illustrator is an advantage Fresh graduate is welcome to apply Good verbal and written communication, familiar with drafting proposals, and working with personal trusts, foundations and grant providers. Has a heart for the underprivileged, and a calling to serve the community. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be comfortable in dealing with top management of external companies and partnering organizations.
