Care at Home seek caring and compassionate Support Workers with a "can-do" attitude to be a part of our team. Business is booming as our name precedes us. We now require Support Workers who hold the above attributes and who are able to travel within the Hamilton, Cambridge & Morrinsville areas. No experience necessary as training will be provided, however applicants need to be agile and physically fit as some manual handling is involved. Good cooking skills would also be beneficial. Our Support Workers must: - be honest, have integrity and a mature attitude to life - be reliable - have good availability (shifts can range from one hour to full day or overnight, including weekends) - have a full (NZ) driver's licence and your own vehicle - have access to the Internet and mobile phone - have a good command of the English language Care at Home support workers are required to either have, or be willing to train to, NZQA Level 2 in Health, Disability and Aged Care. Care at Home provides on-going appropriate training applicable to the role. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
